  • UK Shipping (DHL Express / Royal Mail 1st Class) flat rate - £7.

  • International Shipping (DHL Express) starts from - £26. Australia/NZ starts from £35.

Delivery time frame varies from product to product, please refer to the individual product page for accurate delivery time. Automated tracking information will be sent via text / email once dispatched.


Packaging

All items are packed in a dust bag. We do not offer gift wrapping for formal wear at the moment.

Exchanges
& refunds

Most of our products are made to order. For this reason, refund and exchanges are not acceptable. ‘Made to order’ to ‘Made to measure’ will be mentioned on the product details. All items are checked thoroughly and personally by Liza and team before delivery.

For example: The Keya Kaftan collection- it is mentioned in the product details that: ‘All kaftans are made to measure and can not be returned, if you have any questions please send in a message’.

Descriptions and images are as close to the original as possible. The pieces designed by Liza are handmade and not mass produced. For that reason, slight variations in the colour/design may occur.

However, if there is any issue with measurements and quality, we are more than happy to offer an exchange for another size or a store credit note within 7 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch through email requesting a return authorisation form and fill out all the required feilds and send it back to us to authorise your return. *Bridal items are strictly non-refundable as these are ‘made to order’ and due to the extensive timeframe it requires to produce this ‘made to order’ item.

Shipping charge will not be refunded for any returned orders and customer is liable for the return shipping cost.

Conditions for return:
‍Returns must be in it’s original condition and original packaging with all tags still attached.

- Has to be in it’s original folds.
- Untampered security ribbon.
- Unworn and odourless.
- Without damages, alterations, stains or marks.

The conditions of the exchange and return will be confirmed upon receipt of the return. Our return department has the right to refuse the return item if the return does not meet the above clause.
Please include your order number and reason for return so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible. We have the right to refuse unauthorised returns sent back to us.

*No return or exchange is acceptable for the sale / flash sale / discounted items.

At this moment we can not cover the return postage, customer is responsible to cover the return postage. We recommend that to use trackable postage as we will not be liable for lost / damage to the postage.

INTERNATIO-NAL TAXES & DUTIES

Please note ‘ART OF LIZA’ can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to ‘ART OF LIZA’ you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.
